Country Music has changed tremendously yet still honors the traditional styles and country roots. Candyce's generation has learned to appreciate the traditional style, but is still influenced by pop music.

It’s that, blend of traditional country music and pop that Candyce has uniquely mastered into her own style. She sings with the power and passion of such greats as Patsy Cline, Tammy Wynette and Barbara Mandrell to the current artists like Reba McEntire, Shania Twain, Sara Evans and Carrie Underwood.

For this new country artist, country music songs and lyrics have always captured the emotions of events that happen to each of us over our lifetime. Country music songwriters seem to have the ability to look into your soul and put into words emotions we are going through at that very moment.

While choosing songs for her first album project, she wanted to choose songs that not only personally touched her, but songs that would bring comfort, laughter and hope to her listeners.

This rising Nashville star hopes that she will be accepted into Country Music and into the hearts of Country Music Fans everywhere.
